What we collect

Name, delivery address, email, order history, and for trade accounts a licence number or ABN. Payment card details are handled by Shopify Payments and never reach our servers or our staff.

Why

To send you what you bought, to honour a warranty claim in ten years, and, only if you opt in, to email when a new finish lands.

Who else sees it

The carrier who delivers the order, Shopify who host the store, and our review platform, which receives only your first name, email and order number.

Your choices

Unsubscribe in one click from any email. Ask us to export or delete your data at any time and we will do it within 30 days, other than what we must keep for warranty and tax records.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the cart working. Analytics and advertising cookies only load after you accept them.
