Shipping policy

Where we ship

Australia-wide, plus New Zealand. Orders over 20 kg or anything on a pallet ship on a freight service and we will call to arrange a delivery window.

Rates

Standard shipping is $12.95 within Australia and free on orders over $200. Express is $19.95. New Zealand is calculated live at checkout from the parcel weight.

Timing

Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day leave Moorabbin the same day. Melbourne and Sydney metro is usually next business day, the rest of Australia is two to five.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed the moment the label is printed, and again when the parcel is out for delivery.

Site deliveries

We deliver to building sites. Give us a contact number for the site and an authority to leave, or the driver will take it back to the depot.
