30 days to change your mind

Return anything unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Return postage for a change of mind is yours.

Once it is installed

Installed tapware cannot be returned for change of mind, which is why every projection, height and rough-in dimension is printed on the product page. If you are unsure, call us before your plumber starts.

Faulty goods

Under warranty we repair or replace, and we pay the freight both ways. For a leak or a cartridge fault we ship the part the same day rather than making you send the tap back first.

Warranty

15 years on the body and cartridge and 5 years on the finish for residential installations by a licensed plumber. Commercial is 5 and 2. The invoice is the warranty, so keep it or ask us for a copy.
