Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email the shipping confirmation, not when payment is authorised. If we cannot fulfil an order we refund it in full within one business day.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A tax invoice is attached to every order confirmation. Trade pricing is shown when signed in to a trade account.

Installation

Australian law requires tapware to be installed by a licensed plumber. Installation by anyone else voids the warranty and may void your home insurance.

Compliance

Every product sold here carries a WaterMark certificate and a WELS registration where one is required. Certificate numbers are on each product page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
